Corporate production · The process
How a corporate production runs
Two paths, one standard: the film with its short-form library, or a podcast day at your office. You bring the objective and the people; we bring the production.
The film, and what comes out of it.
Step 01
Discovery
A 20–30 minute call: the occasion, the audience, the message, the channels. Together we decide what film and what volume of short-form make sense.
Step 02
Concept and script
We write the concept and the script — with the short-form extraction planned from the start. You approve before we shoot.
Step 03
Pre-production
Locations, schedule, interviewees, equipment, permits. You give us access; we handle the rest.
Step 04
Production
2–4 shooting days, with a cinematic-level crew and equipment. We shoot deliberately both for the film and for the future assets.
Step 05
Post-production
Editing, sound, colour grading, graphics, subtitles. You receive work-in-progress versions for feedback, then the finals.
Step 06
Short-form and delivery
The library is cut from the same material, adapted per platform and delivered in batches — so you can publish while the rest arrives.
A day at your office.
Before
Topics, guests, set
We agree the subjects, the people and the run of show, and design the set around your identity. You provide the room and the brand assets.
On the day
We build the room
Cameras, lights, microphones and crew arrive; the room becomes a set. Several episodes are filmed with your people, in the environment they already know.
After
Episodes and clips
Edit, sound, graphics and subtitles. You receive the finished episodes, ready for your calendar — with optional vertical clips for the short-form library.
From you,
either way.
