Draft for legal review. This page describes the current technical setup of the website. It must be reviewed and approved by the studio’s legal adviser before the site replaces the live production site.

Who we are

This website is operated by Sýmbolon — CORE LIVE TECHNOLOGIES SRL, with its studio at 145 Calea Plevnei St., Bucharest, Romania.

What this website collects

The public website is designed to collect as little as possible.

• Contact messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to respond to your inquiry.
• Server logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, and user agent for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• No analytics by default. The current build does not include a third-party analytics script, advertising pixel, or behavioural tracker.
• No account system. The public site does not offer accounts, comments, newsletters, or payments.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Legitimate interests for serving the website securely and responding to inquiries.
• Consent where we explicitly ask for it. The current public site does not request consent because it does not set non-essential cookies.

Cookies

The public site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. If analytics or other non-essential tools are added later, this page and the consent mechanism will be updated before they are enabled.

Retention

Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Server logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s standard retention periods.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact v@symbolon.studio.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Changes

We may update this page when the website’s data practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
